    With the form below you can make a proposal for a payment plan. Your proposal will be assessed for feasibility by your case handler and he/she will contact you personally.

    When looking at the monthly amount, do you look at the ratio of your repayment amount and the total amount to be paid? This increases the chance that your proposal will be accepted.

      Send proof of payment


      If you have received a letter from TCM Netherlands while you have already paid, it is possible that your payment has not been processed correctly. Or that it has not (yet) been received by our client. This is of course very annoying, but we are happy to solve this for you.

      On this page you can send your proof of payment to TCM Netherlands. Below you can enter your (payment) details to prove that you have paid to us or to our client. It is also possible to add a file in the attachment of this message. We ask that you always state the claim number here, so that we can process your proof of payment correctly.

      Once we have received your proof of payment, we will make a note in your case file and will try to trace your payment. It is also possible to send a copy of your bankstatement to info@tcmnetherlands.nl. Don't forget to state your claim number so we can trace it to the right case.
